When using my bases which were commissioned OR are pay-to-use(P2U) please take into account the following:
The base was COMMISSIONED or was PAYED FOR therefore it cannot be used for something of which you will receive profit from.
Bases that were payed for CANNOT BE REDISTRIBUTED UNEDITED. Editing counts as making a full image, not slightly editing the base (i.e. changing skin color only, adding accessories only and then distributing it as a "new" base)
Anyone may use a commissioned base unless the person who payed for it requests it be for their use only. In that case, though, they will privately receive the base and it will not be released publicly.
The rest of the normal rules apply:
Credit me, link back to my base, etc. etc.
